Please know that every effort was made to satisfy all student request for courses. If you did not receive a class you requested, it was either cancelled, full, or in conflict with your other course requests. In these instances, alternatives were scheduled based on the information you provided during Academic Advising or based on the best elective available to fulfill necessary graduation requirements.
If you need to make a change to your schedule, the schedule resolution form is available below. Please print, complete and submit ONE copy of the form. Priority will be given to the following schedule changes:
• Missing a graduation requirement
• 2 classes meeting at the same time
• Students with not enough credits
Grade 9: 28 credits
Grades 10 and 11: 27 credits
Grade 12: 26 credits
• Students missing a legally mandated course (per your IEP or 504 plan)
The Add/Drop period for all other requests is from September 6 - September 20, 2016. Paperwork for preference changes and all other scheduling requests will be available in each counseling pod. After September 20th, students may not add new courses. Any course withdrawal after this date will be noted with a W on the report card/transcript.
